We’re around a 15–20-minute walk to both the University of Nottingham and Nottingham Trent University. We also have a bus stop directly outside our front door so you can be in the city centre in less than five minutes.
Yes! Our Classic Apartments are ideal for groups of 2–8. Apply together and we’ll do our best to place you in the same flat.
Absolutely. Book a viewing and we’ll show you around our show flats and social spaces. You’ll also meet the Campus Corner Team and get a general feel for what life is like here.
If your room’s ready, we’ll do our best to arrange an early move-in. Just contact the team to check availability and dates. Our move-in dates for 26/27 can be found here
Yes – a refundable deposit and UK-based guarantor are usually required. If you don’t have one, ask us about alternative options.
We offer flexible contract lengths, usually 44 or 51 weeks. Full details are shown when you book.

Yes! Our on-site team will securely receive and store your parcels until you’re ready to collect them. You also get your very own post box with your own key.
Absolutely – easy-to-use laundry facilities are available on site.
Definitely – make it feel like home! You’re welcome to add your own touches as long as you don’t cause any damage.
Each kitchen (in shared flats) comes fully equipped with appliances, plenty of storage, and dining space. Kitchenettes in our Premium and Deluxe studios have a fridge, microwave, hob, oven and storage. Just bring your own cookware and utensils.
