You’ll check in with our team

On your booked arrival day, please come to the Campus Corner Welcome Desk at our main entrance (203 Ilkeston Road, Nottingham) between 10am and 4pm

You’ll need to bring:

✔ Your photo ID (passport or student card)
✔ Proof of your booking/contract email

Once we’ve checked you in, we’ll hand over your keys, access fob and welcome pack so you can start moving in.

You’ll check into your room

Before you unpack, do a quick room walk-through:

• Check that everything works (lights, sockets, shower, heating)
• Look out for any pre-existing damage
• Let us know about any issues straight away so we can sort them sooner

It’s helpful to snap a few photos on your phone – this protects your deposit at the end of your stay.

Make sure you have:

Booked the day you’re moving in so we can ensure your room is ready!

• Your tenancy agreement signed and submitted
• First month’s rent and any payments up to date
• Your contact details up to date with us

These help make move-in quick and stress-free.

Make a list of what you need to bring

Here’s a quick list to save you time:

• Bed linen & pillows
• Towels & toiletries
• Plates, cutlery & kitchen basics (if you plan to cook)
• Chargers, extension leads, lamps
• Important documents (ID, contract copy)
